Line a 13-by-9 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Stir in 1-1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then arrange 12 Chips Ahoy! cookies evenly over the batter. Cover mixture evenly with remaining batter. Chop five Chips Ahoy! Cookies into pieces and sprinkle over the top layer of the batter. Bake for 20 - 23 minutes or until done. Do not over bake. Cool completely before serving.

Treat your family, or yourself, to these delightful ice cream cookie pops.
Use 16 Chips Ahoy! cookies and carefully poke holes through 8 cookies with wooden pop sticks. Chop the remaining cookies coarsely and set aside. Spoon half the chopped cookies evenly into 8-ounce paper cups and top each with 2 tablespoons of softened ice cream. Top with reserved whole cookies and press them gently into the ice cream to secure. Insert wooden pop sticks into cookie holes. Freeze for 3 hours until set. Peel away paper cups just before serving.

Instructions: BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add marshmallow creme; beat until blended. PLACE 20 cookies, top sides down, in single layer in shallow pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with round tip; use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto cookies. SPRINKLE orange colored sugar around edges of cream cheese mixture on 10 cookies. Repeat with purple colored sugar on cream cheese mixture on remaining cookies. COVER with remaining cookies to make 20 sandwiches; press gently into cream cheese mixture to secure. PRESS 2 candy eyes into filling in each cookie sandwich as shown in photo. REFRIGERATE 2 hours.
